“This accommodation is a great place in many ways; super clean, quiet, elegant and recently remodeled. The air-conditioning and heating facilities are well-established. The landlady here is very friendly and kind to welcome the guests, and always has food in the communal area. It's the best accommodation in LA Korean town.”

“This is my second visit to LA and we choose to stay at Mama again. Loving the environment of Mama Bed and Breakfast. It feels like home. The room is very clean and each rooms has its own bathroom. The kitchen is big and easily accessible. They have many refrigerators where you can store your groceries. Phillips, the house manager, is easily accessible and replies to your messages instantly. The location is in koreatown and easily accessible by public transportation if you dont have car. Ample parking space and it is safe as the area is gated. There Many eateries places around and few groceries stores all within walking distance. Will definitely return again as the warmth of the place and the friendliness of other tenants are just overwhelming and you never feels alone even if you are a single traveller.”

“Had a great experience living here for more then 2 months. The host and guest are all very friendly, it was very homey. Felt like a home away from home. Location is great, close to restaurants, bars and grocery stores. A lot of bus stops close by too if you don’t have a car.”

“Great place in Koreatown, if you spend a few days in LA or the neighborhood. Rooms are nice and clean, with utilities, sheets and towels provided. Each room has a desk, storage, a fridge and TV. Jae the proprietor is a wonderful host and very accommodating. all guests staying there are very nice and helpful. 'Mama B&B' has everything you need plus a communal kitchen and secure parking. Several food places are in walking distance which made our stay very easy and perfect. If you are in Koreatown, have a budget, ...or want to make your own meal or coffee, this is your place.”

“Staying in MB&B Phil's place had being best stay experience. Phil is very gentle and supportive person. He always cares for his guest and needs. I like the room and utilities the most. Kitchen used to keep clean everyday . Next to main road and bus stop was a convenience. My highly recommended place after my 3 month of stay.... Abhay”

“Had the most amazing time at Mamabnb! Staff was extremely responsive and helpful my whole stay. I felt so safe with the property/parking being behind gates. You can find either privacy or a sense of community within the property whenever you’re needing one or the other. The location was ideal for me as it was very literally in the center of everything. The tenants truly are all different ages and from all different backgrounds. I did a ten week long internship, so I was gone a lot, but my room was such a perfect home base. So grateful I stumbled upon this place. If you have any specific questions, just reach out to the staff! So responsive and lovely.”

“Amazingly affordable rooms with the most hospitable hosts! Depending on your needs, Mama BNB apartments have rental options to stay a few days, weeks or months. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and well maintained despite the building's old age. It had it's own private . There are room only options where the bathroom is shared between your room and one other room. The air-conditioning/heater in the room was very good, and quick. The building is secured very well, and there are CCTV cameras along the halls, entries and exits. Parking is available on site. The location is a few minutes away to most locations in Central LA/Downtown. It's about a 10 minute drive to I-10 and about a 6 minute drive to the 101. The owner is by far the friendliest and most communicative landlord I've had. He genuinely wants you to have the best stay. I will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend booking Mama BNB Apartments if you are in search of a great place in Central LA!”

“Hi everyone, i stayed in this special place 3 months. I say special because i always felt like i was at home. It is not just a regular place to stay. I never checked other places to stay after. The prices are perfect for the room because you have your own bathroom and your own mini fridge. And the kitchen is equipped just like a restaurant and you never wait in line to cook because its big enough. Besides those people especially Sarah and Philip are so warm and smiling, they are always there for your needs (bed linens, shampoo, coins for laundry, or even for conversation :) Ps: in my imagination, its mama guest house because of Sarah. Once you met her then you will feel mama's hearth + you can park your car inside the gate + one of the most secure spot in LA”
